Ferndown Boarding Cattery Fees
BOARDING FEES are fully inclusive.
We have four payment methods.
1) CASH
2) ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH INTERNET BANKING. Account name is:- Ferndown Boarding Cattery. Sort code = 720000. Account number = 06152147. Please add your cats name and your surname in the payment details. Payment must reach our account BEFORE you deliver your cat to the cattery.
3) CHEQUES in advance. Please ensure your cheque arrives by post AT LEAST 10 days in advance of the start of your booking or we can accept a cheque on arrival where your cat is staying with us for at least two weeks.
4) CARD PAYMENT with Debit or Credit cards. But please note, we will pass on the merchant bank charges of 50p for each debit card payment or 3% of the invoice total for credit card payments.
Charges are made for the day of arrival and the day of departure.

A deposit of £25.00 per chalet is required, in advance, from all NEW customers.

Bank holiday boarding rates for year 2011. There will be an additional charge of £8.00 daily per chalet (not per cat) for the following dates.

Cancellation Charges
When a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the start date, a cancellation fee of £25.00 will be charged. Where the booking is cancelled between 2-5 days of the start date, a cancellation fee of £15.00 will be charged. No charge will be made when more than five days notice is given to cancel a booking.
Five or more cats, terms on application. Rates for families of two or more cats are only applicable where cats from the same household are sharing the same chalet. We do have larger than normal chalets for three or more cats. We are happy to care for your cats for extended periods. Special rates are available for stays of more than 21 days.
For new customers only we ask for a booking deposit of £25.00 and that the full account is paid on or by the day of arrival.
FLEA TREATMENT.
ALL cats will be checked for fleas during their stay. If any live fleas are found, they will be treated with 'STRONGHOLD' or a similar product and a fee of £10.00 per cat treated will be charged. Where one cat in a family is found to have fleas, ALL CATS from that family will be treated for obvious reasons.
If no fleas are found, but there is an excessive amount of 'flea dirt' present, they will be checked again in 4-5 days time and treated as necessary. There fore, PLEASE ensure your cats have had adequate treatment before arriving at the cattery, we suggest treating at least 48 hours before hand.
