Convenient and easy payment methods

Sadly we had a number of issues during 2018 with bounced cheques and promises that payment would be made electronically once home that never materialised. Therefore with regret, settlement is required on arrival at the start of your booking. Our boarding fee's are fully inclusive and a £30.00 per cat deposit is due to secure the chalet within 7 days of making the booking

Payment methods are:

1) CASH 

2) ELECTRONIC PAYMENT THROUGH ONLINE BANKING. (please ask for bank details). Please add your cat's name and your surname in the payment details. 
 
3) CHEQUES with effect 1st May 2020 we no longer accept cheques as a method of payment

We regret we do not accept card payments. Charges are made for the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Our boarding fees

SINGLE CAT - £17.00 per day
TWO CATS sharing from the same home - £23.00 per day
THREE OR MORE CATS
sharing from the same home - £30.00 per day
Bank holiday boarding rates. There will be an additional charge of £15.00 daily per chalet (not per cat) for the following times
Easter Period - Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday
May Bank Holiday
Spring Bank Holiday
August Bank Holiday
Christmas Period - 24th, 25th, 26th December 
New Year Period 31st December and 1st January

Cancellation charges

When a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the start date, the full amount due will be payable. No charge will be made when more than seven days’ notice is given to cancel a booking, however deposits are non-refundable. Five or more cats, terms on application. Rates for families of two or more cats are only applicable where cats from the same household are sharing the same chalet. We do have larger than normal family chalets for three or more cats. These can also be booked for families of one or two cats when an additional fee is charged - see above. We are happy to care for your cats for extended periods. Special rates are available for stays of more than 30 days.
